It is possible for you to check your account, recharge for voice and transfer your voice account into its data amount as following ways:
  
1. Via webpage
1.1 How to check my account balance

Step 1 Visit our website : www.egsimcard.co.kr
Step 2 Sign in  
Step 3 Tap My account
Step 4 Tap Check phone number  
Step 5 Enter phone number (omit “-“) and Tap search button,
you can see your balance and validity for data and voice.
  

Please purchase the new sim card at our website 
if your account doesn't exist.    


1.2 How to top up your account for voice 
if you need to top up your account for voice continuouslyplease try to do the following ways : 

Step 1 Tap voice recharge button    
Step 2 Choose payment option and recharge amount
Step 3 Tap recharge button 
Step 4 Fill up the necessary information on payment page and follow screen instructions to complete top-up transaction.
Step 5 Upon successful top up, you will receive a SMS notification on your new card balance and expiry date.




1.3 How to transfer your voice account to data account
if you need to transfer(top up) your account for voice to its for data continuouslyplease try to do the following ways : 

Step 1 Tap data recharge(transfer) button    
Step 2 Choose data service option that you need 
Step 3 Tap apply button 
Step 4 Wait for a couple of minutes until data transfer transaction is completed 
Step 5 Upon successful transfer(top up), you will receive a SMS notification on your new card balance and expiry date and data product amount that you selected will be automatically deducted from your voice account .
