When sim is not working in customers unlocked phone after they are replacing with EG sim card,
we are used to receive information from their unlocked phone,
 which is phone model, IMEI and Wi-Fi Mac address,
 and registered to activate their unlocked phone, one by one.

As activating volume has been steadily increased,  
we have had some complaints about it from visitors come to Korea.

So, we have improved the process of  activating unlocked phone to take charge of it promptly.

What we have improved is as follows ;

For new customers

 1) Prior to Korea, customer have to enter their unlocked phones information
      which is phone model, IMEI and Wi-Fi Mac address, in the our application, 

 2) and we are going to activate their unlocked phone, in advance, 
      based on using applied phone information.

 3) When they are coming to Korea, they replace with EG sim card 
     and try turning it off  and then on  two to three times and enjoy it.

For existing customers 

 1) Visit our web site at www.egsimcard.co.kr and login 
       with ID & password applied at the KTO application.

 2) Select home > Customer Support > Q&A > sim in the menu bar.

 3) Enter customers unlocked phones information 
      which is phone model, IMEI and Wi-Fi Mac address into the box column.

 4) We are going to activate and reply  within 1 business hours(included weekend and holidays) 
     upon receipt of customer message.

 5) After checking activating message, you replace with EG sim card and 
      try turning it off  and then on  two to three times and enjoy it.
