How do I Top up? What are my top-up payment options?

You can top-up your credit using either your credit card online or buying a top-up voucher.

Q 1. How do I top-up with a credit card online ?
We have a Top-up option thats Safe & Secure, Convenient for you.
It's very easy to top-up your account using a credit card.
The Minimum top-up amount may be 10,000-won.
We accept global credit and debit card include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.
Just  follow these instructions:

1) Instruction for top-up from Apps : 
There's no need to log in, just download the apps EG SIM Card in your mobile phone. Most users complete the process in less than 5 minutes.
(1) Download  EG SIM Card at the play or app store. 
-  For ios ; here you are !      

(2) Tap home > top up > Voice top-up in the Apps menu bar.
(3) Tap Global credit card in the payment option.
(4) Fill up the necessary information on screen and follow screen instructions to complete top-up transaction.
(5) Upon successful top up, you will receive a SMS notification on your new card balance and expiry date.
            
2) Instruction for top-up from website :  
(1) Access our web site (www.egsimcard.co.kr)
(2) A valid your email address and password have to be entered.
(3) Select  home > top-up > Voice top-up in the menu bar.
(4) Select Global credit card in the payment option.
(5) Fill up the necessary information on screen and follow screen instructions to complete top-up transaction.
(6) Upon successful top up, you will receive a SMS notification on your new card balance and expiry date.

Q 2. How do I top-up with redeem voucher ?
Our vouchers can be bought in convenient store providing seven eleven, GS25, CU, c space, Mini stop.The Evergreen redeem voucher (top-up cards) are available in denominations of 10,000-won , 30,000-won or 50,000-won. Just  follow these instructions:

1) Instruction for top-up from Seven Eleven(7-11)   

(1)Order EG Card for top-up.
(2) Please order it to the clerk as below. 
- In Korean, EG Card choong-jeon-hae-ju-se-yo !
이지카드 충전해 주세요 ! 
(3) Tell your mobile phone number given by EG SIM card to clerk. 
- e.g 010-1234-5678, Please show your phone number to them.
(4) Clerk at 7-11 store enters your mobile phone number at the POS system.
(5) Upon successful top up, you will receive a SMS notification on your new card balance and expiry date.

2) Instruction for top-up from GS25, CU,C space,Mini stop
  
(1) Order EG card. ( "이지카드" )
(2) Please order it to the clerk as below. 
- In Korean, EG card choong-jeon-hae-ju-se-yo ! .
이지카드 충전해 주세요 
(3) Please show the image below if the clerk don't know it. 
GS25, C space,Mini stop 
CU 
(4) You will receive  a receipt written PIN. 
- you don't expect a plastic prepaid card 
- you can see PIN on the receipt with picture of image : "T-card number : 11 digits" below.
(5) You can top up with receipt written PIN through our website or Apps or ARS. Just  follow these instructions:

(5.1) Instruction for top-up from Apps :

(5.2) Instruction for top-up from website :  
(5.2.1) Access our web site (www.egsimcard.co.kr)
(5.2.2) A valid your email address and password have to be entered.
(5.2.3) Select  home > top-up > voice top-up in the menu bar.
(5.2.4) Select EG Card in the payment option.
(5.2.5) Enter the 11-digit on your receipt of convenience store.

(5.2.6) Fill up the necessary information on screen and follow screen instructions to complete top-up transaction.

(5.2.7) Upon successful top up, you will receive a SMS notification on your new card balance and expiry date.


(5.3) Instruction for top-up from ARS :  
(5.3.1) Dial the Evergreen mobile Prepaid Hotline at  080-511-3467.
(5.3.2) Select a language (#1 Korea, #2 English, #3 Chinese)
(5.3.3) After the welcome message, press “1" to top up. 
(5.3.4) Enter the 11-digit on your receipt of convenience store.
(5.3.5) Upon successful top up, you will receive a SMS notification on your new card balance and expiry date.
